I work with organizations and teams to bring structure to complex digital products, experiences, and systems.
Most of the work I take on starts in a similar place. A product has grown complicated, a team isn’t aligned, or the path forward isn’t clear.
I step in to make sense of it, bring structure, and move things forward in a practical, grounded way.

How I think
I approach problems as interconnected systems.
Products don’t exist on their own. They’re shaped by people, processes, constraints, and decisions that build up over time. When something isn’t working, it’s rarely one issue. It’s usually a combination of smaller things interacting in ways that aren’t always obvious.
My goal is to understand that whole picture before moving into solutions.
I value clarity over speed, alignment over assumptions, and progress that can be sustained over time.
How I work
I work closely with teams across product, engineering, design, and business to understand what’s really happening and what matters most.
That means asking direct questions, listening carefully, and creating space for alignment before moving into execution.
From there, I bring structure through research, service design, and hands-on product work. The goal is to turn ideas into something real, something that can be used, tested, and improved.
Things rarely go exactly as planned, so I stay flexible, open to new information, and willing to adjust as we learn.
How I got here
Over time, I kept finding myself in similar situations across different companies and industries.
Large organizations, growing products, complex systems, and teams trying to move forward without a shared understanding of the problem.
That pattern led me to develop a more structured way of working, one that brings clarity without slowing things down.
It’s what continues to shape how I approach every project.
What I care about
I care about building things that make sense to the people using them.
How they look and feel, how they function, how easily they’re understood, and how naturally they fit into everyday life.
Good design should feel clear, intentional, and human.
If you’re working through something complex or unclear, I’m happy to take a look.
